Today, Tiffany & Co. usher in a new era of dedication to timeless design, craftsmanship and innovation.

Tiffany & Co. Chief Artistic Officer Nathalie Verdeille pays homage to Jean Schlumberger’s masterworks in her expression of Blue Book 2023: Out of the Blue at The Landmark in New York City. Models dressed in Givenchy haute couture and ready-to-wear showcase jewels from the collection's existing themes of Shell, Coral, Pisces, Star Urchin and Starfish, as well as introducing a new theme: Sea Anemone.

Blue Book 2023: Out of the Blue

Legendary Tiffany & Co. designer Jean Schlumberger looked to the sea for inspiration, choreographing unparalleled manifestations of its majesty and mystery. Honoring this legacy, Blue Book 2023: Out of the Blue—designed by Nathalie Verdeille, Chief Artistic Officer, Tiffany & Co.—both perpetuates and reinvents the aquatic worlds that he dreamt up. With geometric and stylized aesthetics, each new design exudes alluring beauty, realized through unparalleled innovation and exceptional craftsmanship.

Dancing Jewels

Perhaps one of the most surreal creatures to be found beneath the ocean’s surface, the jellyfish moves through the sea like a dancer.

Ethereal, luminescent and curvaceous, these designs echo the creature’s fascinating color palette and organic shape. The Jellyfish brooch—handcrafted over the span of 900 hours—is imbued with a sense of movement, expressing the jellyfish’s unique dance through cutting-edge craftsmanship.

Tiffany artisans brought this magnificent Blue Book 2023: Out of the Blue Jellyfish brooch to life over the course of 900 total hours. The finished design features over 370 individual stones set entirely by hand.

The shell is a natural treasure of the sea that can be found on the shore and kept forever. Each unique—perfect or imperfect—and always beautiful. Here, Tiffany artisans explore the three-dimensionality of these treasures sculpted by the ocean with mixed-cut diamonds of over 50 total carats.

Deeply Imaginative

Pisces is about personality and attitude. This agile sea creature displays in its scales one of the most wonderful expressions of natural geometry. With suites featuring exceptional unenhanced padparadscha sapphires and diamonds, this theme offers a warm tone to complement the cool blues of the ocean.
