Zuhair Murad FALL 2023 READY-TO-WEAR
On the stage, the powerful female from exudes femininity, allure and beauty while weaving sensual and artistic imagery inspired by the world of the circus.
This season, Zuhair Murad headed to the circus. Not literally: It’s more that the Beirut-based designer used the ribbons, bows, rings, metal balls and other trappings of jugglers, clowns, serpent ladies and acrobats to express kinetic energy and pay homage to
“bold and inspiring women living in powerful bodies.”
He also gleaned inspiration from late artist Niki de Saint Phalle, whose convention-flouting Nanas sculptures are all about color, curves and body positivity.
Metallic looks unravel while sequins, crystals, and silver beads illuminate the cutouts and contours of the designs.

In the Zuhair Murad RTW Fall-Winter 2023/24 collection, dresses wrap around the figures in a tight embrace and the feminine silhouette emerges in subtlety.
