Carolina Herrera's Fall/Winter 2025 collection

Carolina Herrera's Fall/Winter 2025 collection, unveiled during New York Fashion Week, is a testament to the brand's enduring elegance and creative evolution under the direction of Wes Gordon. Presented atop a Manhattan skyscraper, the show offered attendees a panoramic view of the city, complementing the expansive vision of the collection.
Gordon said, “It’s definitely the sexiest and sharpest I’ve done with Herrera.”
Gordon, who has helmed the brand since 2018, drew inspiration from Jerzy Kosiński's novel and its 1979 film adaptation, "Being There." This influence is evident in the collection's poetic and romantic atmosphere, reflecting the film's aesthetic and the era's fashion sensibilities.
The collection features 66 diverse looks, ranging from ultrafeminine tweed mini dresses to tailored trousers and blazers. Delicate floral lace ensembles and sheer embroidered gowns add a touch of ethereal beauty. Accessories such as gold buttons, earrings, and rose appliqués enhance the luxurious feel of the garments.
Notable pieces include a double-breasted white shirt ensemble, a vibrant fuchsia minidress, and a flowing cornflower-blue gown, each exemplifying the collection's blend of classic elegance and contemporary flair.
The event attracted a star-studded audience, with VIP guests like Dove Cameron, Chloe Fineman, Emmy Rossum, and Nicole Scherzinger in attendance. Carolina Herrera herself was present and praised the collection, affirming its success in capturing the brand's signature sophistication while embracing modern influences.
In summary, the Fall/Winter 2025 collection by Carolina Herrera stands as a harmonious blend of nostalgia and modernity, offering a diverse array of designs that cater to contemporary tastes while honoring the brand's storied heritage.
